First things first: recruiting and scheduling users

Include only who you want: be specific, narrow qualifications

Asking sensitive questions (hire a good recruiter!)

Exclude competitors, market researchers, and, if testing a Web-based application, eliminate people who work in the web/software/internet/computer industry
